Bantu Safe Haven is a Black and Trans led non-profit organization founded in June of 2019 as a proactive approach to the safety of Black transgender people. We believe that Black trans people deserve safety and a life free of violence. Our mission is to foster safety, community, and self determination for Black trans people. Our goal is to keep Black trans folks safe by providing the tools as well as supporting their physical, spiritual, and material needs.
